Our Early Development Plan (EDP) focuses on showing early efficacy signals as well as generating pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD) and safety data required for follow-up investments and partnerships.
Goal: Demonstration of early signals of Proof of Concept in Primary Raynaud’s phenomenon by PK-PD modelling
Duration: 18 months
Outcome: Proof of Concept with oral TS in Primary Raynaud’s phenomenon in to unlock VC funding and pharma company partnerships
Post-EDP, we aim to raise capital and/or strategic partnership to launch follow-up clinical trials in Primary Raynaud’s phenomenon and explore potential development of oral TS in other cardiovascular indications.
